Our Story
Thirty6 Consulting, LLC was founded by Vincent Palrose, a native of Las Vegas, Nevada, and the son of Belizean parents. The company's name reflects the approximately 36 miles of sea separating his mother's hometown of Belize City from his father's hometown of Dangriga—a tribute to the heritage, perseverance, and entrepreneurial spirit that inspired the firm's creation.
Founded in 2016, Thirty6 Consulting represents the realization of a lifelong entrepreneurial vision: to provide clients with trusted technical expertise throughout the life cycle of the built environment. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Master's degree in Urban Planning. He also served for 12 years as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the United States Navy, where he was responsible for the planning, design, construction, operation, maintenance, and capital improvement of military facilities supporting critical national defense missions.
Following his military service, Vincent expanded his expertise into commercial construction consulting, specializing in building envelope consulting, construction quality assurance, property condition assessments, commercial building inspections, facility condition assessments, and technical investigations. Today, he helps owners, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and facility managers reduce risk, improve quality, and make informed decisions through independent consulting and technical advisory services.
